The 411 On The 2 Kinds Of Heart Rate Monitors

There are two important kinds of heart beat rate monitors and they’re the characteristic and strapless kinds.  Each of these monitor types has benefits and downsides.  The everyday pulse rate monitor needs the user to wear a strap which fits on the chest to observe the pulse rate, while the strapless heart beat rate monitors are just worn on the wrist as any other watch would be worn.  The most obvious benefit of the strapless heart monitor is that it doesn’t need chest strap to supply the user with readings.
